The pages you see after clicking the above link are not under our direct control, but reside on the servers of our medical software suppliers, Egton Medical Information Systems (EMIS).

The currently available functions enable users to:

  • Book appointments with some members of clinical staff - when using this service please remember to check in at reception on arrival (or we will not know you are here!), and to check the Our Team and On-Site Services pages to help you decide which clinician to book with.
At present we are making FOUR appointments per doctor per session available for online booking, These are automatically released by the system 24 hrs before the session on Mondays and Fridays, and 1 week before on Tuesday to Thursday. We regret we are unable to offer this facility for our Bury Road or Norden sites, but we will be able to release more GP appointments, and offer nurse appointments if there is sufficient demand. Please let us know if you would like to see these developments in the future. For full details of all types of appointment offered please see here.
  • Request repeat prescriptions for authorised items (more information on our onsite services page) when using this service please place a message in the text box if you want your prescription sent to one of our local pharmacies, or a pre-arranged method of delivery. Online orders have the same 48hr turnaround time as telephone requests. If you cannot see the prescription you want, please check the FAQ pages
  • Send messages to us via a secure internet connection - This option is safe to send information about your medical condition. The messages and any responses we make are automatically filed in your medical records so they are available if you are then asked to come and see one of us about them.
  • Change their address and other personal details
